In Yoga, "flexibility" is an attitude that invests and transforms the mind as well as the body. But in our physiological terms, "flexibility" is just the ability to move muscles and joints through their complete range.

A flexible mind leads to accept things the way they are. Impermanence is the only thing we have for sure... it can lead you to be much more in peace, more adaptable to changes and to face loss and uncertainty.
