3. Mountain Climbers

One of the best reasons to perform mountain climbers is the fact that they’re so great for strengthening your core, burn fat and are extremely physically demanding, and as a result, they burn off a lot of calories when you perform them.


4. Jumping Jacks

Jumping jacks are an efficient total-body workout that you can do almost anywhere. This exercise is part of what’s called plyometrics, or jump training. Plyometrics is a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance work. This type of exercise works your heart, lungs, and muscles at the same time.

5. Plank

By holding yourself in the position for a planking exercise, you’ll notice that your biceps, neck, and shoulder muscles are also being tested and strained.
