So no diets at all and more consciousness about food, because in the end we are WHAT WE EAT, aren't we?

Emotions and our body
It turns out that we not just eat because we are satisfying our physical needs, but beacuse we are trying to fill an empty inside of us. The worst part is that we choose junk food instead of organic or vegetables, or just a fruit. We are craving for sweet and other unhealthy foods that makes us right in the moment but later on, we will still be empty.
We are using food to feel better about ourselves—We don’t always eat just to satisfy physical hunger. Many of us also turn to food for comfort, stress relief, or to reward ourselves. Then we choose junk food, sweets, and some unhealthy foods. We are using food to feel better.
Unfortunately, there is no fix in our emotional problems. We feel worse and worse every time and won't seem to get better. We gain weight, start loosing faith, feel depressed and lonely, and that is because the original emotion is still there waiting to be healed.
Feeding our emotions doesn’t fix our problems. In fact, it usually makes you feel worse. Afterward, not only does the original emotional issue remains, but you also feel guilty for overeating...
Think about it next time you want to feed and emotion, and choose wisely.
